Caroline Bartlett

BSAE, EIT | Project Manager

Caroline is a versatile and dedicated engineer. She works with architects and contractors to proactively address design and construction issues. She is highly collaborative and known for her effective communication and technical design skills.

Her experience includes the design, analysis, and construction administration of steel, reinforced concrete, and flat slab cast-in-place structures. Her projects include institutional projects, sports facilities, schools, mixed-use commercial, high-rise office, and residential buildings. She contributed to the renovation of Las Vegas’ Miracle Mile Shops and the mixed-use Watermark building for the City of Henderson.

Caroline completed her Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering with a Structural Concentration at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts.
