Rebecca is a respected leader whose priority is to help others succeed. She is a curious and constant learner who is unafraid to ask questions. Clients trust Rebecca because of the service she consistently provides and her respect for all team members.

Rebecca has honed her skills in structural design, particularly for steel and concrete buildings. Her work includes institutional, post-disaster, and commercial buildings. Her experience with new construction and complex renovation projects provides a solid understanding of best practices. She practiced in Edmonton for over a decade before relocating to Vancouver Island.

She graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Rebecca is a mentor and advocate for women in engineering. She is involved in many Women and Girls in STEM programs, helping to raise awareness and inspire young women to pursue a career in STEM.
