Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital
The Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital (OTMH) located at 3001 Hospital Gate, is a 1.6 million sq. ft. facility and more than three times the size of the legacy OTMH at 327 Reynolds Street.
The hospital has the capacity for 457 beds with shelled-in space to grow to 602 beds in the future, 3 MRIs and 2 CT scanners and 80% single patient rooms.
A combination of ground-level and tiered parking maximizes accessibility to the main entrances into the building for a total of 2,000 parking spaces.
With RJC’s assistance, this project has achieved LEED® Gold Certification.
