Tableau Condominiums
Tableau is a 36-storey mixed-use building featuring 410 residential suites, 25,000 sq.ft. of office space and retail space at the ground level.
The signature of the structural design is the 3 meter-deep post-tensioned transfer girders at the roof of the podium, supported by six-storey-high slender columns.
These elements transfer the residential tower structure over the outdoor courtyard space below.
This unique design creates the architectural expression of the residential tower sitting on the “table”.
This project was awarded the 2013 BILD Project of the Year and Hi-rise Design of the Year awards.
