This development is a five-storey mixed-use, retail and office building.
The first and second floor consists of a retail podium with three-levels of office space above.
The existing heritage façade of the original building was retained, restored and incorporated into the new building.
RJC's Building Science and Restoration team assisted with the temporary retention of the façade during construction, seismic anchoring of the ornate terra-cotta cladding and heritage conservation of the façade as a whole.
