Conveniently located in Vancouver’s Fairview district, Wesley offers great accessibility to Downtown Vancouver, UBC, Granville Island, Kitsilano Beach and the International Vancouver Airport.
This project consists of a 13-storey concrete condominium building containing two-levels of below-grade parking.
A unique, curved ramp was used in this project due to the lot size constraints, as well as the varying elevations.
The building features retail and office space on the first two-levels and residential units on the subsequent levels above.
