Mark Felt

Mark draws on his more than 30 years of consulting experience to provide clients with sound solutions. His exposure to many facets of the Architectural and Engineering business allows him to bring added value by delivering these services to the BC Interior market. Mark expresses his knowledge and training through his hands-on approach to problem-solving. Thriving on building relationships, he is embedded in Kelowna’s architectural community with strong ties to the local construction industry.
Mark joined RJC in Vancouver, providing drafting and site review services to the structural engineering team. He later moved to Calgary and joined the Building Science and Restoration team focusing on prime consulting for existing building clients. He gained additional experience in building science, site review, and more before rejoining RJC in Kelowna.
Mark has completed construction management, contract administration, roofing, post-tensioning, glazing, and whole-building air-tightness testing courses. He is a registered Architectural Technologist with the AIBC and a member of their Building Enclosure Advisory Group. He is also an active member of Construction Specifications Canada as a founding executive member of the Okanagan Valley Chapter.
