Contractors and developers value Nick’s attention to detail, insightful suggestions and ideas to help benefit their projects. He is the go to person for advice on constructability. He understands and appreciates the importance of service throughout construction, and takes this responsibility very seriously. He is proactive, responsive and collaborative.
With over 20 years in the industry, Nick has worked on various commercial, residential and institutional projects throughout Canada and the United States. He has a wide range of experience in new construction, seismic upgrades, renovations, structural repairs and tenant improvements, and is knowledgeable in all types of construction materials and techniques. He oversees RJC Vancouver’s Structural Construction Services group. Nick and his team provide field review to projects in construction, progress reviews, progress claim and change order reviews. He is an integral part of maintaining communication and quality control between design, construction and constructability.
Nick graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) completing Building Engineering. He is a member of the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of British Columbia.
