Tanya Kennedy Flood

Tanya is a deadline driven, collaborative professional with a passion and aptitude for RJC's services, people and clients. Her marketing and communication skills, business acumen, industry knowledge and ability to manage projects make her a natural leader to help drive growth and reinforce RJC's brand.
She is responsible for leading a talented team to deliver RJC's national marketing and communications strategies. Collaborating with colleagues across RJC, she identifies, develops and implements marketing and communications initiatives. She continually works to streamline processes, create efficiencies and establish best practices to benefit RJC and our clients. Her work includes managing major project pursuits in excess of $500M, authoring the design competition document for the globally recognized Columbia Icefield Skywalk, and the refresh of RJC's website.
Tanya holds a business degree from the University of Prince Edward Island and the Helsinki School of Economics in Mikili, Finland. She completed a certificate and diploma in International Trade and International Business through Queen's University. Tanya is a Certified International Trade Professional and recipient of numerous awards, including the prestigious Frank H. Sobey Award for excellence in business studies. An active presence in the industry, Tanya is part of Women in Development, the Urban Land Institute, Society for Marketing Professional Services, is a mentor with Ten Thousand Coffees, and a member of OpenAsset's Client Advisory Board.
