Port of Vancouver Tenant Improvement at Canada Place
RJC Engineers was the original structural engineer of record for the Canada Place Building and has provided ongoing structural services for Canada Place and the Cruise Ship expansion ever since.
RJC was brought onto the project team for the Port of Vancouver tenant improvement project located within the cruise ship terminal at Canada Place.
The project included the renovation and modernization of 4,000 sq. ft. of office space including new office areas and an upgrade and extension to the existing mezzanine.
An important consideration for the project was performing most of the construction outside of core work hours due to the operating hours of Port of Vancouver.
