The Post
Noted as one of Canada’s most ambitious heritage redevelopments, The Post is a historical, mid-century landmark that is undergoing a major redevelopment and revitalization that will modernize this highly regarded building.
To conserve the heritage façade and much of the original and distinctive features of the former Canada Post building, the installation of structural foundations in the existing structure were added to support the 21-storey and 22-storey tower additions to the existing podium.
Targeting LEED® Gold Certification, this project will transform The Post into one of Vancouver's largest office buildings with the new towers providing over 1.1M sq. ft. of office space and 185,000 sq. ft. of podium retail space.
The redevelopment will also include a central atrium, green spaces, outdoor plazas open to the public, and feature landscaped roofs for each tower.
