Westmount Campus Parkade
As Prime Consultant, Parking Planner, Durability Consultant and Structural Engineer, RJC delivered the Westmount Campus Parkade on schedule and on budget.
The parkade had to be completed in tandem with the Campus’ new office building to meet increased demand from new tenants.
The project was sequentially tendered to save several months of time in the schedule.
Tenders for the precast and elevators, which have a long lead time, were issued early, allowing design teams work to overlap with the sub trade’s design and shop drawing process.
