RJC was brought on board for the redevelopment of an existing high-profile marquee retail site in Downtown Vancouver.
RJC was brought on board for the redevelopment of an existing high-profile marquee retail site in Downtown Vancouver.
The former Sears building structure was completed renovated and converted into a new three-storey Nordstrom department store and four-levels of AAA office space for tenants such as Microsoft and Sony.
Significant additions and modifications to the existing structure included a new courtyard, stairs, elevators and a full seismic upgrade.
