Yonge + Rich Condos
This 48-storey residential development is comprised of two vertically stacked condominium developments in one.
The 48-storey reinforced concrete tower has two separate sets of elevators, amenity floors and lobbies.
The unique L-shaped tower is fitted with 7’6” deep corner balconies and roof top pool and amenity area.
The tower rests on a four-storey podium and a seven-level below-grade parking garage with several 3m deep reinforce concrete transfer girders to make the transition.
A bridge links the lower amenity floor and is connected to a four-storey revitalization of the existing heritage building with boutique suites.
