RBC WaterPark Place
This iconic 30-storey, 930,000 sq. ft. office building is the new headquarters for the Canadian operations of the Royal Bank of Canada.
The project incorporates a seven-storey podium, three levels of below-grade parking and retail on the first and second floors.
The building is located near Toronto’s waterfront Mecca, Queen’s Quay.
A 140 m elevated (multiple 30 m truss spans) pedestrian walkway connects the tower to the south face of the Scotiabank Arena and a portion is designed to be moveable should the Gardiner need repairs in the future.
