Capital Park

An inspired mixed-use community, Capital Park is a significant development project in the James Bay neighbourhood of Victoria.

Two class A office buildings are the focal point of the project.

The residential component of the development has a wide range of condo and rental homes.

The development also incorporates a water management system that includes a 2200 cubic meter cistern built into the underground structure, collecting rainwater for usage on site.

Our work included structural engineering for the extensive public outdoor spaces, including green areas, water features, playgrounds, art structures, and a pavilion.
