Designed to meet LEED Gold Standards, the Regent at King Edward is located in Vancouver’s West Cambie neighbourhood, The Regent at King Edward features striking modern architecture while promoting sustainability.

The team developed an eight-storey concrete low-rise building with four, two-storey concrete townhomes.

Due to a stepped site requiring different ground floor levels in the town homes, RJC developed a practical solution to accommodate challenging site grading requirements and maximize parkade clearance.
