Vaughan Metropolitan Centre - KPMG Office Tower
Completed in October 2016, this office tower is the central feature of the new Vaughan Metropolitan Centre.
The 14-storey tower has retail at the ground floor and a roof mechanical penthouse at level 15.
The project encompasses a 250,000 sq. ft. office tower, a 50,000 sq. ft. retail pavilion, 500 below grade parking spaces and a planned 25-storey residential condominium development.
The LEED Gold project is directly connected into the newly extended TTC subway system, the VIVA LRT system and the York Regional Rapid Transit system.
