West Vancouver Police Services and Municipal Hall

The West Vancouver Police Services and Municipal Hall provides a new municipal hall and space for the West Vancouver Police Department.

Designed to post-disaster standards, the 57,000 sq. ft. facility includes police facilities, office space and approximately 88 underground parking spaces.

The facility is certified LEED^® Gold.

Wood and timber assemblies are featured throughout the hall utilizing exposed glulam beams and Glue Laminated Timber (GLT), which were carefully planned to provide clean and aesthetically pleasing connections for the visitors and tenants at the Atrium and the Service Hub.
